  • Information you OPT IN to give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on www.work-with-purpose.co.uk (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, enter a competition, promotion or survey, or other activities carried out on the site and when you report a problem with our site.

  • The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph but will be confidential and not be shared with others. The data will be collected for the purposes of delivering your request (for example to download a report or asking us to contact you for more information), at which point we will ask if you wish to OPT IN to also having your contact details on our secure database for our mailing list.

  • Should you not want to be on our mailing list, your data will be used only to provide the service you have asked for. We don’t use any personal information to make automated decisions, but if you OPT IN to be on our database for updates and contact, we will use your name and contact details to stay in contact with you. The website host will send this data to us, and the data will be stored off-line on an external disc, for security purposes.

  • You may view the data we hold on you by request, and amend or ask us to delete the data from our database. The data will not be shared with any third parties other than any legal or regulatory requirements, and will be stored for a period of a year; our database is reviewed on a yearly basis and updated or cleared.
